We use the Flick all day, every day. I appreciate how quick and easy it is in our coffee shop Catzen Coffee Bar & Den. The fact that the needles stow away keeps them from getting bent. It takes minimal space on our counter, which is another plus.

Got it, used it for about a day at my coffee shop and the second day the spring mechanism busted out the top and broke. Would like to continue to use it but it seems unfixable to me. Please help haha
