Subscale's Tritan body is food-safe and ready for anything - hot or cold, wet or dry. And with IPX-4 splash resistance, cleanup is a breeze.

SAFE FOR LIQUIDS
Go ahead and pull a shot of espresso right in the Subscale if you wish. It's a cup after all, so it will safely hold your precious liquid.
The cup is made of Tritan and rated to support liquids up to 100°C for two hours.
IPX-4 Splash Resistant
You can safely wash the Subscale under running water but do not submerge it.

So gave this bad feedback At time for stupid on off button. I have now lived with this using it 2 time a day four at least 6 months now.
Yes button can still be pain at times if you accidentally double tap it.

Only charge it twice so the battery is very good

I think its design is simply wonderful. It's so elegant: it's slim, matte black and has a minimalist surface. It fits seamlessly into any modern workplace. It has everything you need and nothing you don't. It's so beautifully functional. I'm really impressed with its performance: the measurements are extremely accurate, down to 0.01 grams. The device also responds very quickly. And the battery easily lasts a week. I'm absolutely thrilled with how reliably it performs in daily use, without ever disappointing.

If I were you and I focused on brewed espresso or dosing beans with precision, the Subscale is a good upgrade. It gives consistency and the minimalist design is a bonus.
If you do large-volume brewing, pour-overs with big drippers, or need a built-in timer in one tool, it’s less ideal under those conditions.

I had an encounter a few days ago, which pretty much sums up the Subscale: I had a friend usually using a time-based Grinder come by and use my Single Dose. My workflow always starts with the Subscale and After using it he said: That’s reason enough to start using single dose :) Subscale just makes it a Bit more fun!
