Great invention!.
I really love this thing. My espresso machine has a Panarello steam wand which is supposed to make things easier but I hate it and have to stop and restart because it frogs too much for a latte. This makes wonderful, fine foam effortlessly.

Gen-2
Gen 2 is way better than Gen 1. All the initial mistakes were corrected and you don't have any issues with the lid or burning stains anymore!

Great Upgrade and Excellent Support
I was having too much foam on regular milk on the lowest settings using the black flow controller. Upon reaching out for support I was contacted back to acknowledge my issue and was promised that a new re-programmed kit will be sent out to me once available.
I'm happy to say that the upgrade kit that was sent addressed my problem and now have room to play for whole milk consistency.
Subminimal took care of my issues and the customer service and support is outstanding!

Love Gen-2
I replaced my NFPRO Gen-1 with Gen-2 and I find the results much better.
I love that it is now possible to fine tune the impeller and this helps a lot in not having the impeller spinout problems I previously experienced. In the same time, once I figured out the best combination of milk, impeller position and program, I have a silkier microfoam as a result.
Also, being splash resistant makes it easier to clean and I highly appreciate it.
Ans the customer service is amazing! Thank you for all the help and support, guys!
