As described, in my case. Excellent quality. Just make sure you pay for the priority shipment. I pay for the normal shipment for avoid customs issues and it really takes more than a month to arrive and I had to go to the post office to withdraw it after doing an exausive investigation to track the package.

Slightly more consistent than gen 1. Awesome when it works, annoying when it doesn't.

The Nano Foamer Pro is the best milk frother on the market. I have tried lots of milk frothers but none could do foam and micro foam. It a very clever and beautifully designed machine. The customer service is excellent and responded to my problems timely and helpfully even though I am in the UK. It really is a good company with innovative products. I continue to buy their products.

I like this lid better than the previous one since it's easier to put on and off. The plastic ring that holds the "sieve" now has a texture that provides a better grip.

We absolutely love our Subminimal Pro, we’ve used ours every single day since we got it—sometimes twice a day. So, I was in a little panic when our impeller broke along with the screen. I messaged them and their customer service was above and beyond. They also shipped it so fast which I’m very grateful for. One thing though, I wish the impeller is available for purchase on its own just like the screens. But other than that everything else is superb. Very happy with Subminimal and the quality of their products!
