I just received the lid and it came unassembled with Zero instructions. I had to ask the chat function on the website which with each reply it asked you to input your email and name for each entry…this is highly unusual and not a great experience for customers. After getting instructions the mesh piece on the propeller is not coming off which was an issue for my first lid as well. My husband and I both tried (clockwise as instructed) and nothing. I do not want to deal with this every time I need to clean it.

I ordered this purely as a back up for my Gen2 Nano foamer Pro which I have been using for a long time now. The Lid Kit works perfectly (as the original did). Dealing directly with Subminimal was so easy (the Lid Kit is not available in my country) and the customer service was great, all my questions were answered within 24 hours, and the Lid kit was despatched the same day I completed the purchase, and it arrived here quicker than a lot of my local purchases have in the past.
