Flick WDT Tool

I've been using this flick tool almost daily for my wdt. I heard from many people that you need to be careful when using this tool because the needles are no joke. I can confirm that these are serious needles. Most wdt tools have very flimsy needles that tend to bend. I don't think you'll have that problem here these are very sturdy needles. I actually use them mostly for coffee brewing. I noticed that if I wdt my doser the fines settle at the bottom and the coarse and mediums on top. Then if I invert my brewer over the grinds I can flip it nicely so the fines are on top of the brew, this way I prevent clogging and have been getting some wonderful brews lately.

FLICK comes in a great cardboard box that is just the perfect shape and size for travelling. Definitely going to be using this a lot.

Fantastic WDT tool that is incredibly satisfying to use. The design and contstruction of this WDT tool are top notch. I can't say it distributes coffee "better" than other WDT tools I have, but this one is my "go to" tool of choice because of how nicely it works and feels when you use it.

The Flick is constructed from all metal and feels really solid when you hold it. It's pretty compact in size and fits in your hand very nicely when you use it. The best part of the Flick is how great it feels when you push the button to eject the needles and when you "flick" it to make them retract. It has an audible and tactile feeling to it that is really satisfying.

Subliminal thoughtfully provides a weighted base you can use to hold the Flick on a tabletop, and they also include a really nice magnetic holder so you can also hang the Flick from the side of your espresso machine (or mount on the wall or any other vertical surface).
