    Way to go

    The concept is great. But details are a setback.

    Milk burns in the jar, because the coating is deficient.

    Nespresso jars had the same fault years ago.

    Parts are expensive.

    Great customer service

    I love the nanofoamer pro and how it upgraded my daily lattes. I do warn you to be gentle while cleaning the screen as I ended up applying too much pressure and the screen pulled away from where it was connected.

    I am grateful that Subminimal has great customer support. I ordered a replacement screen and the one that arrived would not connect. My fingers would turn red from the effort and I was worried I would break the wand itself. I assume it had a microscopic defect that kept it from snapping into place. It happens, nothing's perfect. I contacted Subminimal who apologized for the issue and they quickly sent me a replacement that fit perfectly.
