SAFE FOR LIQUIDS
Go ahead and pull a shot of espresso right in the Subscale if you wish. It's a cup after all, so it will safely hold your precious liquid.
The cup is made of Tritan and rated to support liquids up to 100°C for two hours.
IPX-4 Splash Resistant
You can safely wash the Subscale under running water but do not submerge it.

Purchased as a father's day gift, my dad is getting into roasting his own beans. He absolutely loves it, he says it's wonderfully simple and works just like it should. Too many products nowadays are overcomplicated with Bluetooth or a myriad of other features that usually just lend complexity and a shorter lifespan. You can tell this was made with a single focus, and it's wonderful. Haven't checked out the rest of the lineup, but based on this I absolutely will!
Oh and the packaging! Simple, elegant and nothing extra. Just as it should be, and absolutely matching the scale inside.
