SAFE FOR LIQUIDS
Go ahead and pull a shot of espresso right in the Subscale if you wish. It's a cup after all, so it will safely hold your precious liquid.
The cup is made of Tritan and rated to support liquids up to 100°C for two hours.
IPX-4 Splash Resistant
You can safely wash the Subscale under running water but do not submerge it.

I didn't have a nice doser before, and I was sharing my espresso scale for beans and weighing shots. The Subscale is a welcome upgrade that has been saving me a few seconds each morning. USB-C charging is a relief to have, and the scale automatically powers off quickly enough to not worry about getting the capacitive button to turn it off properly (the only flaw that I've run into - it turns on nice and easy)

What a treat it was to receive the Subminimal subscale! The handsome packaging encourages the purchaser to expect the highest quality item…and …no disappointment! This is truly a combination of form and function. It’s beautiful in its simplicity. The start button responds with the lightest of touches, and the weight is recorded carefully for each coffee bean added.

The product feels nice, good quality of the material, the concept is clearly super cool and modern, the display is also clear and nice to read, the scale seems precise to the 0.1 of grams.
I need to get used to the only button which does not require any pressure, anyway it does not need to be used that often, once the scale is set.
Room for improvement: I would have placed the usb-c socket on the side rather than on the bottom, so that it can be charged while used (same problem as some old Magic Mouse from apple) but also I suppose I won't need to charge it that often, so it is really a minor one.
Also joining the milk training was not so linear, and the app you use to verify the product being genuine is also hard to use as UX (but not yours, clearly), because aligning the camera to the QR code takes a while (and the QR code box placeholders are mispositioned).
So all and all a cool gadget for a coffee scale, if you like gadgets, cool design and good coffees :), perhaps as new feature you could think of adding a bluetooth module to send the scale reading data to an app and track usage over time, or add a sensor to detect e.g. coffee beans humidity, colours or other features.

The scale fit my needs perfectly. Was the perfect piece to go along with my Aiden and Ode2. Weigh out beans without needing a separate dish/container of some sort. My counter space is limited and this little scale eliminates an extra item in my setup. My only complaint is that I wish it came in white lol
